Soooo...this happened during the night after closing on Wednesday 7-17 or 7-18.

We had what seems to be a small electrical fire that left enough smoke and soot damage I can't even tell what may be saved. Waiting for insurance to do its thing. Patiently......anyone who knows me knows that last part isn't quite true. But we will rise again - bigger and better!!
